Green enchiladas

recipe
Ingredients
500 grams of cooked green
tomatoes
1/4 0nion
4 serrano chiles
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Media Cream
2 Tablespoons of powdered chicken
broth
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
4 Sprigs of disinfected fresh
Coriander
21/2 Cups of Water
18 Corn tortillas dipped in hot oil
1 cooked and shredded chicken
breast (400 g)
1/2 sliced onion
100 grams of grated fresh cheese
Preparacion
1/2 Cup of chilled Media Crema
For the green sauce, blend the tomatoes with ¼ piece of onion, the
serrano chili, the garlic, 1 ½ cups of Media Cream, the chicken broth,
the pepper, the cumin and the coriander.
Pour what you blended into a pot, add 2 ½ cups of water and heat
until it thickens slightly, stirring constantly. Booking.
Heat the oil and add the tortillas. Fill the tortillas with the chicken,
bathe with the green sauce, decorate with a little onion, cheese and ½
cup of Media Cream.
