1. Which leadership style do you think is the most effective? Why?

As my personal point of view, the servant leader is the most effective leadership
style. Of course, every leader should encourage to the follower, to fulfill in their
respective tasks. Consequently, the leader need to survey in the process of the
followers. Some follower might good enough, some may not. By fulfilling the needs of
the followers, that can positively reflect to the organization.

2. Which leadership style do you think is the least effective? Why?


I think the autocratic leader is the least effective leadership style. Being an
autocratic leader, the power holder and decision maker is only one person. As a human
being, every person has self-love. In someway, this can lead to wrong decision. The
followers are always neglected.

3. Which style do you like leaders to use when they are in charge of you? Why?
I prefer The Charismatic leader, who inspires by the followers and who works
like a leader. Being a Charismatic Leader, who eager to motivate and guide to be on the
right track. The charismatic leader can create secure workplace, both physical and
mental. Since I am not a self-motivated person, I really like to work under the
Charismatic leader.

4. What leadership style best describes you?


Being a teacher of a students from different backgrounds, I have to fulfill the
needs of the students. Therefore I describes myself as a servant leader. I always have to
observe all the students, that the students reach to the goal or not. If 60% reach the
goal, I have to plan the extra time for the rest. I always give feedback on their works, and
always help to attain their goals. Therefore, I describe myself as a servant leader.
