Meat balls (Kofta balls) recipe

4 cup parsley 1 small yellow onion quartered 1 pound ground beef 2 teaspoons 7
spice ½ teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon coriander ½ teaspoon cayenne
pepper ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper to taste Place onion in a food
processor and blitz till fine. Squeeze out excess water. Chop parsley and add it to
the processor with the onion, meat and all spices.
Pulse till combined, and your kafta is ready!
Make it into small balls and fry them till nice and golden, then put them aside, in
the same pan add one chopped onion, 3 tbsp of tomato paste add 4 carrots, 6
potatoes and 1 tomato paste add 4 carrots, 6 potatoes and 1 cup of green peas, then
add 1 1/2 litre of water and the meat balls, then add in a blender 4 tomatoes and 3
cloves of garlic and add the mixture to the meat pot add salt to taste then let it
cook and enjoy i served it with rice
