Predicting Housing Prices in Boston Suburbs

The Boston Housing dataset provides a wealth of information about various factors
potentially influencing housing prices in Boston suburbs. These factors include crime
rates, zoning regulations, environmental quality, demographics, and accessibility.

Objective:

This project aims to develop a robust machine learning model that can accurately
predict the median value of owner-occupied homes (MEDV) in Boston suburbs based
on the available features (CRIM, ZN, INDUS, CHAS, NOX, RM, AGE, DIS, RAD, TAX,
PTRATIO, B, LSTAT).This project can provide valuable insights into the factors
impacting housing prices in Boston suburbs.
