WELCOME!
Hey friend, Alvin here. Thank you for trusting in me and downloading my Project Manager
Resume Template.
In the following pages, you will find my EXACT Resume Template that I used to apply to Project
Manager jobs, which helped me land interviews for Engineering Project Manager roles and
helped me pivot my career from working as an Engineer to a Project Manager.
You excited to dive in?

If you’re on the path to applying to Project Manager jobs (entry, mid, and/or senior-level PM
roles), then you’re in the right place!
Just remember one thing… Your resume has only one purpose, which is to land an interview.
Do NOT make your resume a complete autobiography of your entire work history. Tailor your
resume to the positions you’re applying to, and select the BEST experiences which showcase
your project management experiences and align it to the job description you’re applying to.
I personally recommend keeping your resume to two (2) pages or less – this is what worked for
me in the past, without having to rely on text-cramming and incorporating the most relevant
experiences into the resume.
My Resume Template includes instructions with how to fill out each section. Make sure to
remove these comments when you create your own resume, and format accordingly for your
own software (ex: Microsoft Word or Google Sheets).
Simply put, this is the Resume Template I wish I had when I was applying for jobs several
years ago to be a Project Manager.
Sounds good? Cool, let’s get started!
Good luck,
Alvin

solution projects which have generated $10 Million in company revenue through software
