The timelines for submission of annual returns and annual reports have been revised for the financial year 2019-20 by MoEF & CC vide OM dated 13.07.2020. The revised timelines are as follows: * Submission of annual returns in Form 3 by all stakeholders is extended from 30 June 2020 to 31 August 2020. * Submission of annual report with regard to implementation of the rules by SPCBs/PCCs to CPCB is extended from 30 September 2020 to 30 November 2020. * Submission of consolidated annual review report on management of e-waste by CPCB to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change is extended from 30 December 2020 to 28 February 2021 2.
