came late on line start-up.

Gerson Daniel Tamele is the operator who supposed to come in the morning 20th May at 6 o’clock
for the lines start-up, but he did not come on time.
Consequences:
The line start-up was late on 2 hours.
Corrective action

Disciplinary action should be taken against him to avoid it happen again.
