Dear Michael,

If I haven't made my intents clear, please proceed with publishing any information I shared as you see fit
across social media, review sites, watchdog groups, and any other platform. Whether under your name or
anonymous, get the message out. Ryan's spent countless time and dollars trying to scrub all negative reviews
from the Internet, and unfortunately he has succeeded to some degree.

Glassdoor used to have many other 1-star reviews with more juicy stories but Newchip's Glassdoor profile
was removed completely. It was pretty funny at one point. Newchip had either all 1-star or 5-star reviews,
roughly even. All the 1-star reviews were detailed compared to the 5-star reviews that were so obvious puff
pieces and astroturf written by Ryan himself, his hired PR firm, or by a coerced employee.

I recall Ryan took down my original Glassdoor review on at least three separate occasion by abusing their
flagging system but that made me even more persistent in exposing him and getting the truth out. Petty
tyrants should know censorship only fuels more backlash and the Streisand effect. Happy to say, eventually
my review stuck and I'm proud to say I saw it received at least 50 upvotes the last time I saw it. (I regret not
grabbing a screenshot.)

As I'm sure you know at this point, Ryan has an extremely fragile ego. This is a weak spot so hit him hard
here. Keep telling the truth and don't him try to silence you.
