PORTAL GUIDE

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT


UNIVERSITY COLLEGE HOSPITAL
REMITA GUIDE
1 Click the REMITA PAYMENT button to make payment,

Fill the remita checkout box with the Applicants


information and click SUBMIT
A payment pop-up modal will appear, where you can pay
with your ATM card, transfer or USSD code

After successful payment, you will be redirected to


SIGNUP PAGE
1 Sign up with your RRR, email and password used for
the payment.
2 Login with your Email and Password to continue the
online application
In case of difficulties in Signing up: click on CHECK
PAYMENT STATUS on the login page, enter your RRR and
click Submit.

3 After successful login, you will be directed to ADD


DETAILS page which include: Application, Biodata,
Referees, Contact Address, Permanent Address,
Education, Work Experience(s), Passport and
Document.
4 Proceed to fill all the Modals one after the other,
starting from Application(you can as well click on
new application), fill out the form and click on
submit.
5 Click on Biodata, fill out the form and click submit.

6 Click on Reference(s), fill out the form and click


submit.
7 Click on Contact Address, fill out the form and click
submit.

8 Click on Permanent Home Address, Fill out the form


and click submit.

9 Click on Education, fill the form, upload your


certificate. The certificate should be in PDF format
and should not be more than 500kb, then click
Submit.

10 Click on O level results, fill the spaces provided


with the right information and click on “Add as many
subjects and grade” to add more subjects and click
on Submit.
To Edit any Subjects or grade, click on the “Edit” button,
click on “Actions” and click on “Edit”. After making the
necessary correction, click “Update”

To Delete any subject, click on “Edit” button, click on


“Actions” and click on “Delete”
11 Click on Work Experience (if any), fill the form
and click submit.

12 Click on Passport, select your passport


(preferably a white background passport), upload the
passport and click on submit.
13 Click on Documents (if any) and fill the forms.
The forms can include Marriage Certificate, NYSC
Discharge letter, change of Name e. t. c, Upload the
document and click on submit.
14 To EDIT/ADD/DELETE any information click on
action button

select either delete or edit and all the MODALS will


be highlighted, proceed to choose the modal you
wants to edit or delete
15 To Edit/Add/Delete any information under
Education, Documents and Work Experience, click on
the corresponding modal.

Click on actions and choose delete or edit as


preferred.

17 Upon completion of the application form, print out


the completed form and photo card.
