This will be stuffed into the neck to form a stronger support for the head. ASSEMBLY - Attach the ears between rounds 50 and 53 leaving a space of 6 st between the eye and ear. - Using brown thread, embroider eyebrows above the eyes. Then, using white thread, sew the whites beneath the eyes. - Using skin tone yam, sew a 3 st wide nose between rounds 49 and 50. - Using a pink colouring pencil to apply a blush to the cheeks - Sew the back of the dress together and dress the doll - Pin the hair to the top of the head. Strands 2 and 5 are positioned above the ears. Strands 6 - 18 go around the back of the head. Leave Strands 19 — 24 loose for the moment. Sew half way down each strand of hair leaving the bottoms to move freely (you can first secure them with fabric glue, to hold them in place, if you wish). - Forming a centre parting, secure three strands of hair to either side of the head above the ears. Use Strands 21 and 22 to wrap around the other strands to hold them in place. - Sew the ends of the tiara together and secure to the head. Optionally: add the crystal bead to the front of the tiara using the head pin and jump ring.
