tion
‘Community and health psychology focuses on social issues, social insti=
tutions, and other settings that influence individuals, groups, and organ-
izations. Community and health psychology as a science seeks to under-
stand relationships between environmental conditions and the develop-
ment of health and well being of all members of a community. It helps
in understanding how people react, cope and recover fiom illness,
