I am writing, on behalf of Mecca IClinic Foundation to offer extended free eye medical check-ups on all
DSWD employees on December 6, Monday.

We had provided free check-ups last November 26, 2021, during your Regional General Assembly event,
and unfortunately, we were not able to cater to some of the employees because we have to attend to our
client's demand in the afternoon. Thus, we would like to express our intention to extend eye medical service.

The Mecca IClinic Foundation is anchored by an objective of primarily serving those people in the
marginalized sector. We believe that your office, being a part of the government, and our foundation do
share the same belief when it comes to public health, that access to quality medical treatment should be a
right of every people and not just a privilege to the few.
