Transfer Data for Financial Planning

The new financial planning in the ACDOCP table

does not correspond one to one to the functions of
the planning with classic CO tables, especially in its
concrete technical design. There are intentionally
differences as it will evolve into a new system with
the intention of having an enhanced and improved
planning environment. The main reason for
differences is that the new solution first supports
financial planning with SAP Analytics Cloud. In
particular, the design follows a multidimensional
concept that resembles Business Warehouse
designs.

The aim of the transfer programs is to facilitate the

transition from financial planning with classic CO
tables to the new financial planning performed with
SAP Analytics Cloud. This is a temporary solution
with limited scope and cannot support all
scenarios. As a side effect, you can use the
program to report plan data from classic CO tables
via the ACDOCP table. However, this does not
support all scenarios.
