Gentiane Champagne Cocktail Gentiane liqueur & brown sugar cube soaked in angostura bitters covered with Louis Roederer Brut champagne. Thyme Daiquiri White rum & Farigoule thyme liqueur shaken with fresh thyme & lime juice. Served in a tumbler with crushed ice. Orange Columbo Sour Orange Columbo liqueur & vodka shaken with angostura & orange bitters, lemon juice, sugar & egg white (optional but highly recommended). Mule Rider Tequila blanco light shaken with fresh lime, crme de cassis & topped up with ginger beer. Simple & tasty. Peach Anise Collins An old English gin recipe flavored with fresh peach puree & liqueur mixed with a dash of anise pastis, fresh lemon juice & topped up with soda water.

French 75 A classic sophisticated champagne cocktail made with vodka, fresh lemon juice, sugar & topped up with Champagne. Created at Harrys bar in Paris in 1925. Corpse Reviver Gin, Cointreau, Noilly Prat & fresh lemon juice shaken together and served straight up into a absinthe rinsed glass. A great classic created at the Ritz in Paris by Frank Meyer around 1930s Sazerac Your choice of cognac or rye whiskey Gently stir sugar, Angostura & Peychaud bitter together.with the spirit of your choice. Served straight up in a absinthe rinsed glass. Created circa 1830s by Antoine Peychaud himself. Georgia Mint Julep 50/50 mix of cognac & peach brandy gently stirred with fresh mint and sugar, this great classic was first recorded by british royal naval officer Frederick Marryat in New Orleans around 1830.
