Floor Construction

1. Attach (2) ball studs to the printed floor with (2) Flat Head Screws, M3 x 0.5 mm Thread, 8
mm Long.
2. Snap on the Rear Pod Links

3. Screw in the battery cage with (4) Flat Head Screws, M3 x 0.5 mm Thread, 10 mm Long.
4. Attach the receiver and ESC to the battery cage with automotive double sided tape.

5. Place the battery into the cage.

1. Install the F104 motor mounts to the rear pod with (4) Flat Head Screws, M3 x 0.5 mm
Thread, 8 mm Long.

2. Attach the cross braces to the motor mounts and install the bearing holders/motor shaft
mounts into the motor mounts.
3. Install the motor with the appropriate screws and washers, and install the pinion gear onto
the motor shaft.

4. Assemble the F104 differential, and install it into the motor mounts. Use the applied spacer
to the left side to fix the position of the differential.
5. Install the damper mount to the motor mounts supports with (2) Button Head Hex Drive
Screws, Black-Oxide Alloy Steel, M3 x 0.5mm Thread, 8mm Long

6. Install one ball mount to the damper mount with (1) Button Head Hex Drive Screw, Black-
Oxide Alloy Steel, M3 x 0.5mm Thread, 8mm Long.

7. Install two aluminum roller spring holders to the rear middle deck with (2) Hex Drive Screws,
Black-Oxide Alloy Steel, M3 x 0.5mm Thread, 8mm Long.

8. Install the rear middle deck onto the floor with (2) Hex Drive Flat Head Screws, M3 x 0.5 mm
Thread, 10 mm Long.

9. Install a ball stud to the rear middle deck for the roll damper.
10. Install springs and roll damper, and attach the rear pod links to the ball studs on the rear
pod.

2. Screw the assembly into the black front, but sliding in and attaching with (2) Hex Drive Flat
Head Screws, M3 x 0.5 mm Thread, 10 mm Long
3. Install servo holder by sliding the Servo into the holder and attaching with (2) m3 x 8 button
head screws into opposing sides and attaching with (2) m3 nuts.

4. Insert one Button Head Hex Drive Screws, Black-Oxide Alloy Steel, M3 x 0.5mm Thread,
8mm Long into the servo holder near the rear to attach the servo holder to the black front.
5. Attach the left and right struts, joining the front suspension to the black front. Remove the (2)
Button Head Hex Drive Screws, Black-Oxide Alloy Steel, M3 x 0.5mm Thread, 12mm Long,
and place the struts and reinstall those screws, and (2) Socket Head Screws, M2 x 0.4 mm
Thread, 8 mm Long to the strut and black front. The M2 screws need to go all the way though
the black front to the servo holder, as they are the front screws of the servo holder.
6. Install the front suspension kit, by sliding in the rods and springs with c-clips on both ends.
Screw in an m3 set screw to lock the uprights onto the rod, which will allow suspension travel.

1. Attach the Black front, white center, left and right vents with (4) Button Head Hex Drive
Screws, Black-Oxide Alloy Steel, M3 x 0.5mm Thread, 8mm Long.
2. Attach the rear rear with (1) Button Head Hex Drive Screw, Passivated 18-8 Stainless Steel,
M3 x 0.50 mm Thread, 12mm Long.

3. Place the Front wing


4. Attach with the Front wing, white nose, and the black front with (1) Hex Drive Flat Head
Screw, M3 x 0.5 mm Thread, 25 mm Long.

5. Glue in the Red Front onto the white nose. Do not clue the red front onto the white
center.

2. Glue in the Black Rear Wing and slide it over the red wing foil. Set aside until glue has

1. After attaching and connecting all of the electronics, attach the body to the floor by using
(4) Hex Drive Flat Head Screw, M3 x 0.5 mm Thread, 10 mm Long and screwing the floor
into the frame.

2. Attach the rear wing to the two connectors on the back fo the motor cage by (2) Hex Drive
Flat Head Screws, M3 x 0.5 mm Thread, 12 mm Long.

3. Slide the Tires over the wheels, and affix using the tire glue.
