2.1 Background of promoter group, Companies Vision Mission ethos and philosophy.
2.2 Brief profiles of Management persons with career highlights (CMD, CEO GM etc.)
2.3 Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) policy, Grievance initiatives, environmental conservation
policy, social inclusion policy.

4.2 Calculation of ratios and interpretation of the same for last 5 years.
4.3 Sick players in the industry if any and the reasons for the same.
Chapter V Recent Developments
5.1 Impact of Fiscal policy, Exim policy if company is into imports/exports, Mergers and acquisitions if
any.
5.2 Labour problems, Technological development in the field, emerging companies or entrepreneurs in
the same field,
