Analysis of Factors Contributing to Work Stress among Expatriate Airlines Crew in Saudi Arabia The objective of this study was to identify the factors that cause work stress among expatriate cabin crew. Based on the results of the research, the factors influencing work stress according to the data tend to follow the normal distribution.
