8. Step of Works
Langkah kerja :
1. Workers, Supervisors and safety conduct TBM and KY before start to work
Pekerja, Supervisor dan safety melakukan TBM dan KY sebelum pekerjaan di mulai
2. Workers transfer materials for hard barricade and work tools to the work area use mapping
layout
Pekerja mentransfer material untuk barricade dan alat kerja di area kerja menggunakan
mapping layout
3. Prepare a work planning the form of methods and work permits etc.
Menyiapkan rencana kerja sebagai bentuk metode dan izin kerja.
4. Prepare Working area with install barricade

Persiapan area kerja dengan pasang barikade.

5. Ensure that the work tool is suitable for use and has been inspected and already update the color code.
Memastikan alat kerja sesuai dan aman untuk digunakan serta sudah di inspeksi dan diberi tagging.
6. Check and inspected the pressure test tool , and make sure its safe for use and update the color
code.
Cek dan lakukan inspeksi alat dan alat flushing , dan pastikan aman untuk digunakan , dan update tagging
nya.
7. Before carrying out the work, coordinate with the relevant parties for the area.
Sebelum melakukan pekerjaan, lakukan koordinasi terlebih dahulu dengan pihak-pihak terkait.
8. Install hard barricades at work area .
Pemasangan hard barricade di area kerja.
9. PNEUMATIC TEST :
a) Prepare the compressor & N2 Bottle equipment (if needed) & make sure in good
condition & ready to use
Siapkan peralatan compressor & N2 Bottle ( jika diperlukan ) & pastikan dalam
keadaan baik & siap pakai
b) Perform a visual check for all joints (welding, flange, valve, etc.) on the pipe / tank
that will be tested & make sure it is ready to be tested
Lakukan visual chek untuk semua joint ( welding, flange, valve dll ) pada pipa / tanki
yang akan ditest & pastikan siap dilakukan test
c) Check all connections to the equipment & make sure they are closed
Chek semua connection ke equipment & pastikan dalam kondisi tertutup
d) Put up a sign / safety sign & police line indicating moderate a pneumatic test was
carried out
Pasang tanda / safety sign & police line yang menunjukkan sedang
dilakukan pneumatic test
e) Put up a sign prohibiting operating the valve, except by those who do the test
Pasang tanda larangan untuk mengoperasikan valve, kecuali oleh yang melakukan
test
f) Perform a pneumatic test, with a testing pressure of 1.5 x work pressure
Lakukan pneumatic test, dengan pressure pengetesan 1.5 x tekanan kerja
g) Look at the pressure on the pressure gauge & note any changes (if there is a drop in
pressure, it means there is a leak, do it Check all joints with soapy water & mark
leaking part)
Lihat tekanan pada pressure gauge & catat setiap ada perubahan ( bila terjadi
penurunan tekanan berarti ada kebocoran, lakukan pengecekan semua joint dengan
air sabun & marking / beri tanda bagian yang bocor )

10. HYDRO TEST

a. Prepare the necessary Hydrostatic test equipment & make sure it is in good condition
& ready to use.
Siapkan peralatan Hydrostatic test yang diperlukan & pastikan dalam

will be tested & make sure it is ready to be tested

B. HAL-HAL YANG PERLU DIPERHATIKAN
1 Selama test berlangsung, harus selalu dalam pengawasan

2 Tidak diperbolehkan meninggalkan pipa / tanki yang sedang
di test, dalam keadaan bertekanan
3 Selama melakukan test harus tetap menggunakan APD yang sesuai
4 Pengambilan dokumen harus menggunakan kamera ( tidak
diperkenankan menggunakan kamera HP )
5 Harus ada yang menjaga jangan sampai ada personil lain / pekerja
lain yang mendekati police line tersebut beri tulisan " Awas ada
pengetesan pipa / tanki bertekanan tinggi ".
6 Pada waktu pemeriksaan pada bagian flange, jangan segaris lurus
dengan joint flange tersebut.

ADA 1 Selama test berlangsung, harus selalu dalam pengawasan
PENGETESAN 2 Tidak diperbolehkan meninggalkan pipa / tanki yang sedang
PIPA di test, dalam keadaan bertekanan
3 Selama melakukan test harus tetap menggunakan APD yang sesuai
4 Jika pengetesan dengan menggunakan compressor & N2, maka
penambahan tekanan yang di supply dari bottle N2 harus pelan - pelan
& dilakukan oleh pekerja yang berpengalaman
5 Apabila ada kebocoran & perlu perbaikan dengan las, tekanan harus
di buang & usahakan sampai Nol
6 Pada waktu pengecekan kebocoran dengan cairan sabun pada
setiap sambungan flange / las harus menggunakan pelindung mata
7 Apabila pengetesan selesai, cara pembuangan udara bertekanan harus
pelan - pelan
& bila difungsikan sebagai flushing, harus bebas dari pekerja lain
di sekitarnya.

Metric dan pastikan semua part telah terpasanag, lalu pastikan tidak ada sambungna las atau flange yang pengujian sesuai persyaratan line tersebut, lalu buatlah
buatlah Diagram Schematic Line yang akan di test belum tersambung dengan baik. ijin kerja dan persetujuan dari pihak client dan owner.
a Perhatian !
1. Jika terjadi penuruan tekanan akibat kebocoran

sambungan , maka buang terlebih dahulu air dalam pipa
lalu lakukan perbaikan, pastikan sudah disetujui oleh
client.
2. Ulangi pengujian tersebut hingga dipastikan tidak

terjadi penurunan akibat kebocorans ambungan.
3.Buatlah Laporan hasil pengujian dan mintalah

persetujuan dari client dan owner.
4.Pasang Manifold dan Presssure gauge, lalu sambungkan 5.Lakukan Pressure secara perlahan hingga mencapai holding pressure,
kep semua mesin pompa pastikan sambungan telah kencang lalu perhatikan recorder dan semua pressure indicator.Pastikan tidak ada
dan kuat. Isilah pipa dengan air , lalu tutup semua valve. penururan tekanan akibat kebocoran sabungan.
