MISIUNEA SCOLIT
Misiunea gcolii noastre const in asigurarea egalititii de sanse pentru elevii cu cerinte
educationale speciale, urmarind dezvoltarea competentelor viitorilor absolventi in vederea
insertici lor pe o pia} a muncii in acord cu cerinfele societatii romanesti gi europene, interesati
de invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii si capabili de a se integra intr-o societate aflati intr-o
continua evolutie.
IIL. DIRECTI DE ACTIUNE SI TINTE STRATEGICE ALE CSEI SUCEAVA

Implementarea curriculum-ului scolar bazat pe competenfele cheie:
Acces egal, nediscriminator

Dezvoltarea unor partencriate la nivel local, judefean, nafional si internafional;
Asigurarea educatiei si formarii profesionale a elevilor cu CES;
Compensarea prin terapii specifice pentru copii/elevi cu: dificultiji de invajare,
dificultiti de dezvoltare, dificultati de adaptare, tulburari de limbaj, tulburiri de
comportament, deficienfe fizice si neuromotorii, deficienfe senzoriale etc.;
Evaluarea psihopedagogica, diagnosticarea, orientarea scok
Informatea si consilierea parinfilor;

IV. OBIECTIVE GENERALE ALE CSEI SUCEAVA PENTRU ANUL $COLAR 2023-
2024
1, Optimizarea conducerii operationale a CSET Suceava si managementului unitatii;
2. Asigurarea unui management eficient al echipei manageriale din scoala (director,
directoriadjuncji, membri ai Consiliului de Administratie, cadre didactice
coordonatoare);
3. Cresterea cali procesului de —_predare-inviare-evaluare, _serviciilor
educafionale (curriculare si extracurriculare), de orientare scolara si profesionals;
4, Stabilirea ofertei educationale a scolii, prin raportare la nevoile de dezvoltare
10personal a elevilor cu cerinfe educative speciale si la ceringele piejei munci
5. Adaptarea resurselor umane din unitatea noastra la dinamica sistemului nafional de
educatie;
6. Asigurarea conditiilor corespunzitoare de infrastructura scolara gi bazei didactico-
materiale pentru desftisurarea procesului educational;
7. Cresterea gradului de participare a partenerilor educafionali din comunitatea
ocala, in solusionarea problemelor scoli
8. Accesarea unor programe cu finanfare din fonduri europene.
