PERHIMPUNAN DOKTER SPESIALIS KARDIOVASKULAR CABANG MALANG
www.perkicabangmalang.orgCardiovascular disease (CVD) today is responsible for
approximately one-third of deaths worldwide, and that figure will
surely increase in both developing and developed countries as
tisk factors for the disease-primarily dyslipidemia, hypertension,
obesity, diabetes, physical inactivity, poor diet, and smoking-
continue to increase. Although these risk factors are modifiable,
to date there is a relative paucity of measures to prevent or
control them, particularly in developing countries. A population
strategy combined with a high-risk strategy for CVD prevention
could greatly reduce the burden of disease in the coming
decades.
In addition, cardiovascular emergencies are life-
threatening disorders that must be recognized immediately to
avoid delay in treatment and to minimize morbidity and
mortality. Patients may present with severe hypertension, chest
pain, dysrhythmia, or cardiopulmonary arrest. In this program,
we review the clinician's approach to these disorders and their
treatments and provide the latest informative resources.
Lets join us to improve your skill and knowledge to
establish the better approach for cardiovascular emergencies!Cea a Og

19.Malang, the second largest
city in East Java, is known for its cooler
temperatures, beautiful surrounding
countryside and attractive streets lined
with historical buildings. Set on the
Brantas River, Malang is a lively trade
centre and a popular destination for
visitors, with vibrant markets, parks and
Dutch colonial buildings to see. The
Dutch used it as a holiday escape, and
number of the mansions, government
buildings and churches they built still
remain standing today.

Attractions
Malang's historical downtown is
best explored by foot or becak
(tricycle carriage). Ijen
Boulevard is lined with love
examples of Dutch colonial
architecture, and a whole day
could be spent visiting the
Brawijaya Army Museum,
Immanual Catholic Church and
the city library found along
here. Balai Kota (City Hall) is
another historical building with
an interesting blend of Dutch
and Indonesian architectural
styles.
Nightlife
Malang nightlife is a lot more
low-key than the hectic scenes
‘of Jakarla and Kuta Beach in
Bal, but there are a number of
places fo enjoy an evening
‘out. Warung Shanghai, inside
the Hotel Tugu Malang, is rich
with ambiance and history,
having been reconstructed
from a simple warung owned
by a Babah Chinese and his
Batavian wife.
