Besides as public service and with a view to sive back to society, he Successfully rans a NGO. under the name and style of Medical Welfare Society, Ladhra and is presently working as Circle Jathedar of Shiromani Akali Dal. Under instructions from and on behalf of my client above named, I serve upon you the following legal noti 1. That my client purchased a plot of land in village Ayali Kalan, Ludhiana, admeasuring 14 kanal (herein after referred as “said plot”) from the lawful owners ( the said plot is the ancestral Property of these owners and as such they have absolutely clear title of the plot) namely:- a) Sh. Amardeep Singh S/o Nachhattar Singh b) Ms, Karamjit Kaur D/o Nachhattar Singh c) Ms. Jasavir Kaur D/o Nachhattar Singh 2. That the sale was effected by way of a registered sale deed for a valuable consideration. The said plot was purchased from the seller/original owners by the following two persons: - I. Sh. Gurdeep Singh S/o Sawinder Singh R/oVill- Ladbran, P.S. Bhogpur, District- Jalandhar, Rural Punjab (My client) IL. Sh. That the necessary stamp duty as well as registration charges were duly paid by my client and possession was immediately taken over by my client alongwith co-owner. As such, my client and co-owner Gurdeep Singh are sole and absolute owner of the said plot and have been in Peaceful Possession of the same since the date of purchase. 4. That on the said plot, after taking valid Possession, my client invested huge sum of money by making a boundary wall around the said. plot, Photographs, cost incurred towards labour charges, receipt of purchasing Taw materials, video etc. would amply demonstrate that my client and co- owner Gurdeep Singh were real and absolute owner of the said plot and in Possession thereof, 5. That on $.03.2024 when my client along with his friend Sh. Gagandeep Singh went from Jalandhar to Ludhiana, they saw that some trespassers ‘were trying to encroach upon the said plot. They immediately stopped them and informed focal police (PS: Raghunath Enclave, Sarabha Nagar) Ludhiana. Events as they unfolded later, would show that police did not take any action on the complaint of my client because Police officials of the concemed Police Station are hand-in-glove with you Noticee No-2, Suddenly on 11.05.2024 a FIR bearing No 0054 dated 11.05.2024 PS. Sarabha Nagar District Police ‘Commissionerate Ludhiana, was registered against my client, co-owner Gurdeep Singh, my clients’ friend Gagandeep Singh and Hardeep Singh on the complaint of Gurdeep Singh (Noticee No- 2) U/s 447, 511 read with Section 120B of IPC alleging encroachment of the same piece of land which was purchased by my client by a duly registered sale deed from the original owners, fidarjung Encta 8066 62746 E-mai iyadarshi.adarsh@gmail.com Adlesh Pryadarshe Advocate 6. That you Noticee No-2 are an extremely inffuential person having criminal antecedents. As a matter of fact, a simple search on internet would show that you Noticee No-2 were absconding in light of multiple FIRs registered ‘against you. Besides there are reports of ED and IT raids conducted in your Premises and itis evident that you are a politically connected and a strong man in Ludhiana, It also appears that Notice No-2 completely controls Noticee No-1, who immediately after registration of the above FIR started Publishing news articles and terming my above named client as “Gang of Land Robbers caught in Punjab” even without verifying any facts and Without appreciating that my client and co-owner Gurdeep Singh are real and absolute owner of the said plot, In fact you Noticee Nos 1 2 have deliberately and willfully published a defamatory, false and illegal narrative to somehow grab the said plot from my elient, You Notice, Nos 1& 2 through written words published imputation concerning my client with an intention to harm and knowingly and willfully with such imputation have defamed my client for which you are liable to be punished ‘Uis 500 of IPC. You Noticee No-1 had thousands of subscribers who have read the defamatory articles published on your portal/ webpage’ channel after 11.05.2024 ie after the registration of false FIR My clients’ impeccable reputation has been tamished by you notices in front of public at large by this publication and it has caused great humiliation, distress and embarrassment to my client. You Noticee No-2 are farther liable to be Prosecuted and punished under S. 389 IPC and for malicious prosecution Uis 211 IPC. In view of the same, I call upon you Notices No 1 to immediately withdraw and delete the offending articles and issue a public apology to my client within 7 days of the receipt of this legal notice, failing Which Thave clear instructions from my client to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against both you Noticees in accordance with law.
