AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY

WE, NANAY NI DOKTORA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

___________________________________, Pampanga, and KAPATID NI DOKTORA, of
legal age, Filipino, and a resident of ______________________________ after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. Kapatid ni doktora is the legitimate child of Nanay ni doktora:

2. Nanay ni doktora is the absolute owner of a parcel of land and a building

located at _____________________________________ Pampanga;

3. Nanay ni doktora acquired, funded, and caused the construction of the

____-story building on the said parcel of land;

4. Since the time our family acquired and constructed the aforementioned
property, we enjoyed the fruits thereof, paid realty taxes and exercised all
the rights of ownership and possession including the introduction of other
improvements thereon;

5. For the sake of convenience and taxation purposes, we agreed that the
building itself be registered under the name of Kapatid ni doktora;

6. As above circumstanced, we hereby confirm, attest, and affirm that the

aforementioned building is still within the scope of the estate of Nanay ni
doktora and such absolute ownership is recognized by Kapatid ni doktora;

7. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
for whatever legal intents and purposes this may serve.
