Describe the agency's maintenance program for equipment, buildings, land, and other property: The agency has a preventive maintenance program for fleet vehicles and requires services for all vehicles in a timely manner. Even though we were able to replace some vehicles in the last two years, the high mileage and age of our fleet has caused numerous expenditures for major maintenance and repairs. Many of our vehicles (2006 models and newer) already have over 40,000 miles. The Forestry Division has a program in place for heavy equipment, building and land maintenance. The Information Technology Department has maintenance agreements in place for equipment and perform as much equipment maintenance as possible. Additional Comments:
