Brief facts of the case =~ In the limits of your Hon’ble court and within the jurisdiction of Calangute Police Station, that on 07/03/2024 the above witness appeared at this Police Station and lodged his written complaint for illegal trespassing, clicking the photographs of his property, filing of false complaints, trying to extort on 29.02.2024 at TNK at Sauntawaddo Calangute Bardez Goa. Further it is also to inform you that previously upon the complaint of above mentioned witness, Calangute PS Cr. No. 95/2023 U/sec 506, 447, 500 R/w 34 IPC was registered against the opponent no. 1 and same is pending trial before Hon’ble court at Mapusa. During the investigation, opponent was directed not to interfere with the witness and to maintain peace in the locality. It is learnt that opponent and witness are having property in same vicinity and opponent may indulge himself in the cognizable offence. Enquiries conducted in the locality, it is learnt that behaviour of the above opponent is furious and highly aggressive and in view of the present act, there is every possibility that the opponent may commit any cognizable offence and in order to avoid any untoward incident and to maintain peace in the locality.
