With due respect, I beg to state that I would like to make a family trip to Puri from
18.03.2024 to 22.03.2024. 18th & 19th March are my off days. I would like to avail Earn Leave for
3 (Three) days from 20.03.2024 to 22.03.2024. The details are as follows:

Boarding point: Durgapur City Centre

Destination Point: Puri

Sir, under the above circumstances, I shall be grateful if you grant me earn leave for three days
from 20.03.2024 to 22.03.2024.
