chapari LP under Laharighat block -------

1.Total amount disbursed for New building renovating/ Building.

2. Total expenditure till now

3.Cash memo of the Expenditure

4. Remaining funds and plan for future expenses.

5.Any of the staff in leave why on which ground you approved and
attachments should provide for that ex Medical certificate for verification etc

All furnished documents should be in electronic format. Just

As now all the data in digital format also government
