Kebangsaan Malaysia and Indonesian Society Ior Knowledge and Human Development
(INSIGHT) provides a mean Ior academicians, researchers and proIessionals to present and
exchange their research Iindings in a scientiIic environment. It also useIul to build a basis Ior
establishing networks among them. The conIerence is going to be held on 12 13 December
2011 at Bangi Putrajaya, Malaysia.

The conIerence theme " Facing the Future through Science : Unity within Diversity will
highlight on research topics that cover every discipline in all Iields oI sciences, engineering
and inIormation technology. All accepted papers oI the 2
nd
ICASEIT will be published in the
International Journal on Advanced Science, Engineering and InIormation Technology
(IJASEIT) and indexed by CiteSeerX, DBLP, DOAJ and Google Scholar.

We welcome academicians, scientists, proIessionals and graduate students to submit
qualiIied and state-oI-art research papers in all aspects oI science, engineering and
inIormation technology. The paper may contain theory and review, experiments, simulation
and modeling, as well as applications. The conIerence scopes include (but not limited to) the

Prospective authors must submit their original and unpublished Iull papers through the 2

ICASEIT Online ConIerence System. The Iull paper is strictly in PDF Iormat and limited to
4-8 pages oI A4 paper in single space. Authors may convert the document Iile using PDF
converter soItware or online Doc-to-PDF converter such as ExpressPDF. No paper will be
processed unless it Iully complies with the Iull paper template and given instructions. The
