Capstone course; students bring to bear all the experience oI their study in aspects oI business administration to analyze central problems oI Ior proIit and not Ior proIit enterprises and the application oI strategic management in the development and exercise oI business policy.
OB1ECTIVES: The student will
1. Discuss and analyze the complexity oI the organization and policy Iormulation by management within the public and private sectors. 2. Evaluate organizational situations, problems and opportunities in terms oI managerial strategy. 3. IdentiIy the central problem oI an organization in textbook and real-liIe situations. 4. Develop alternative strategies and problem-solving scenarios. 5. Understand the interrelationship oI internal and external environment and the organization. 6. Conceptualize policy Irom various perspectives.
