November 2011 "Oh, that today you would hear his voice, harden not your hearts"1 Note: In this report I may occasionally use bold print, CAPS, Italics, or word underlining for emphasis. This will be my personal emphasis and not that of the source that I am quoting. Any footnote preceded by a number in (parenthesis) is my personal library numbering system. Numbers beginning my footnotes are my personal library numbering system As we read messages from todays alleged prophets, we frequently hear them talking about the remnant. Did you ever wonder who the 'remnant' is and how one goes about joining them? In this report I will attempt to define who the remnant is, how we can become one of them and what current prophets are telling us about the remnant.

Who is the Remnant?

"Remnant: small part, member, or trace remaining; a small surviving group."2 "Remnant (REHM-nuhnt): Biblical idea referring to the survivors of some calamity who nonetheless retain their faith in God and await their deliverance."3 "Among the prophets, the idea of the remnant first appears in the forceful admonition found in Amos 5:15: 'Hate evil and love good, and establish justice in the gate; it may be that the Lord, the God of hosts, will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph'. The use of the word remnant here suggests that even though devastating woes are sure to come, the prophet holds out a possibility of hope for the survivors, while emphasizing that this hope depends on their conduct."4 By use, the term remnant infers a small number. "Negatively, it can imply that only a small portion of the people will escape destruction or return from forced deportation. Positively, it can imply that some will survive the coming distress, that not all are doomed, and that these survivors are those who place their trust in the Lord."5 "Hate evil and love good, and let justice prevail at the gate; then it may be that the Lord, the God of hosts, will have pity on the remnant of Joseph."6 "On that day the remnant of Israel, the survivors of the house of Jacob, will no more lean upon him who struck them; But they will lean upon the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. A remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God. For though your people, O Israel, were like the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will return; their destruction is decreed as overwhelming justice demands."7 "And Isaiah cries out concerning Israel, 'Though the number of Israelites was like the sand of the sea, only a remnant will be saved; for decisively and quickly will the Lord execute sentence upon the earth.' And as Isaiah predicted: 'Unless the Lord of hosts had left the descendents, we would have become like Sodom and have been made like Gomorrah'."8 "I (God) have left for myself seven thousand men who have not knelt to Baal. So also at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace."9

"The remaining survivors of the house of Judah shall again strike root below and bear fruit above. For out of Jerusalem shall come a remnant."10 "I will gather you, O Jacob, each and every one, I will assemble all the remnant of Israel; I will group them like a flock in the fold, like a herd in the midst of its corral; they shall not be thrown into panic by men."11 "I will make of the lame a remnant, and of those driven far off a strong nation; And the Lord shall be king over them on Mount Zion from now on forever."12 "And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the nations, in the midst of many peoples."13 "Who is there like you, the God who removes guilt and pardons sin for the remnant of His inheritance; who does not persist in anger forever, but delights rather in clemency."14 "I Myself will gather the remnant of My flock from all the lands to which I have driven them and bring them back to their meadow; there they shall increase and multiply."15 "For thus says the Lord: Shout with joy for Jacob, exult at the head of the nations; proclaim your praise and say: The Lord has delivered His people, the remnant of Israel."16

What Todays Prophets Are Saying About The Remnant

"In these days of tribulation but before the 'mark of satan' is forced upon all people I, your loving and merciful Lord will go to all My remnant and place My mark on you."17 "You feel the tenseness in your hearts, in your spirits. You are restless for you realize My time has come! You are in tune with Me, for you, so very few of you compromise My tiny remnant. At this time My extremely tiny remnant will be forces underground (when the split in the Church occurs)."18 "The world will try to seduce you with its lure of false promises and temporal pleasures, fleeting at best. If you follow me --- you will be mocked and humiliated --- some will be martyred while others will be spared so as to direct the remnant flock. A New Heaven and a New Earth await my faithful chosen remnant."19 "Those who survive (the purification), my tiny remnant, will then live in the era of My peace and love. All things will be made anew. The air will be pure; the water will be crystal clear. Trees, plants, flowers, the very earth will flourish with magnificent color and tastes unique to each species. Although some of My remnant will not live to see this new era, they will rest in peace with me."20 "You, my tiny remnant people, are witnessing the beginning of inhuman behavior that will daily increase as I am no longer the focal point in your lives. The process of killing life is abominable."21 "I WILL PROTECT THOSE OF YOU (REMNANT) WHO REMAIN VIGILANT AND OBEDIENT AT ALL TIMES."22 "I ask each one of My remnant today, to be My witnesses and disciples to the cold, secular world you live in --- bring souls back to Me as you emulate My love. You have a very small window of time to evangelize souls for Me."23

"The world has fallen into complete darkness and sin. The only Light left is the Light that shines in the hearts of My followers, My remnant flock."24 "(Upon the death of Pope John Paul II) Be strong, My tiny faithful remnant --- do not be fooled by ordained changes in My Church. Pray for discernment, pray for Me to guide you through My most Holy Spirit of love --- know that contraception, abortion, euthanasia, stem cell and embryonic tampering are not of Me! Know that My tabernacle with My real holy presence should remain front and center in all My Churches. The words of My Consecration must remain sacrosanct; women are never to be ordained. When My Church introduces these modernistic, satanic views --- flee to My refuges --- only there will you find a valid Mass. Many of you, My faithful, will wear the white robe of martyrdom."25 "Soon my remnant flock of prayer warriors around the world will be renewed and made stronger to withstand this battle that will rage for several years. It has been shortened for the sake of the elect. His (Fathers) plan is always perfect and many will be taken home as martyrs in these end times that are now upon you."26 "Get your house in order as much as possible now and finish getting what supplies you can. I will multiply everything. Great and wondrous miracles will now take place to encourage My faithful remnant to stay strong. Again, I thank you my daughter and all My remnant flock who remain faithful in these end times."27 "Beware My tiny remnant and cling to Me. My shadow rests upon you and the mark of your God on your forehead seals you to me."28 "Although only a minute remnant will remain I will be with you to lead you, to shelter you, to strengthen you. As I did for Jesus and Mary, leading them from evil to protection, so too I will do for our tiny, faithful children. Remember that the true remnant is very, very small!"29 "My faithful and true remnant who listens to our/my every word and cherishes them and takes them to heart living them will be our people in the new era, which is not too far off in the distant future."30 "Those not of me will fight against My remnant. You (remnant) will be invisible to those who wish to harm you. I love all my remnant children, everywhere in the world. The Lord has it all mapped out for all His remnant. The clouds forebode dark, dark evil times; daughter, disastrous events are about to begin again. These events will bring about much change and destruction. But for all of my remnant that are as strong as the lion, these times will prove how faithful they are to Me their Jesus. Do not forget that for your Lord and God stands before and with you and all My dear remnant forever."34 "My remnant Church will go underground."35 "My faithful remnant is very small."36

"I (God) will pour out on the just and unjust My wrath. My people, remnant, have no fear for I will take care, protect my own. Of all the so-called faiths and churches around the globe only My one Holy Catholic Apostolic Church will remain. I will save a tiny remnant of people and animals, as I did in Noahs time, to rebuild My new earth. Much strength and My love I give to all My faithful remnant."48 "The tribulations that precede the era of peace will be devastating, but the remnant will survive."49 "Leave them (family members) with Me and let Me do a work in them. you. A time is coming when My faithful remnant will only be able to find a proper Mass available in homes, provided you have a faithful priest."52 "God will provide food and fresh water for those who remained faithful to Him and did not His love oppose. To be part of Gods remnant you must not give up hope even though every trial now becomes harder to cope."53 "My angels will fight for you and make you invisible to those who want to kill you. In the coming days of the tribulation I will perform many miracles to protect My faithful from the evil ones and I will provide for all of your needs. My angels will protect you by making you invisible."54 "Son, announce for Me. My faithful ones are to be gathered from one end of the world to another. My Angels stand ready at attention to do the rescue mission I have been telling you in past messages."55 Note: Our Ladys messages of love ask us to pray the rosary, pray the divine mercy chaplet, intercede for each other, frequent participation in the sacraments, especially Holy Mass and confession, use of sacramentals such as the Miraculous Medal, St. Benedict Cross/medal, brown scapular, holy water, blessed salt. She also asks us to ask for help from the angels and saints.

How Do We Become Part Of The Remnant?

First of all, we must obey the Ten Commandments. "You shall not have strange Gods before me. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain. Remember to keep the Lords Day holy. Honor your father and mother. You shall not kill. You shall not commit adultery. You shall not steal. You shall not bear false witness. You shall not covet your neighbors wife. You shall not covet your neighbors goods."56 You must also be obedient to the Precepts of the Catholic Church. "The obligatory character of these positive laws (precepts) decreed by the pastoral authorities is meant to guarantee to the faithful the very necessary minimum in the spirit of prayer and moral effort, in the growth in love of God and neighbor. The first precept: You shall attend Mass on Sundays and on holy days of obligation and rest from servile labor."57 "The second precept: You shall confess your sins once a year. The third precept: You shall humbly receive your Creator in Holy Communion at least during the Easter season."58 "The fourth precept: You shall observe the days of fasting and abstinence established by the Church. The fifth precept: You shall help to provide for the needs of the Church."59 We must obey the pope. "Jesus entrusted a specific authority to Peter: 'I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven'. The 'power of the keys' designates authority to govern the house of God, which is the Church. Peter is the only one to whom He specifically entrusted the keys of the kingdom."60 Jesus then gave us a new commandment. "Whence Jesus says: 'As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you; abide in My love. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you'."61 Now, to become one of the remnant, we come to an area that tends to divide many of us prophecy! There are those who get my reports that will delete them as soon as they see that they contain prophecy that is not yet approved or disapproved by Holy Church. First, Jesus teaches us how to deal with prophecy. Is there some reason that we should not follow His advice? After all, He is

God, isnt He? "Pray without ceasing. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophetic utterances. Test everything; retain what is good."62 "There are two basic means of verifying what is discerned. First, at the theological level, any movement of the interior life or behavioral pattern which claims to be from God affirms the basic gospel message is verified throughout Sacred Scripture, is echoed in the Sacred Liturgy, and is consistent with the lives of the saints. Second, on the pastoral and practical level, one always judges an authentic prophecy the same way one judges whether or not an attractive tree is not full of sickness instead of being full of life by the fruit produced; such fruit would normally include a deepening love for God, others and even ones enemies."63 "Beware of false prophets, who come in sheeps clothing, but underneath are ravenous wolves. By their fruits you will know them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Just so, every good tree bears good fruit, and a rotten tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a rotten tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. So by their fruits you will know them."64 What did Holy Church tell us about prophecy? The Church does not tell us that we cannot study or believe in private revelation. What it says is that new private revelation cannot be something that is new doctrine or dogma and not revealed before and the private revelation must be just an aid to help us apply original revelation that we do not fully understand to our current times. "Holy Church does give us guidance regarding private revelation. Declarations: Since the abolition of Canons 1399 and 2318 of the former Canonical Code, publications about new appearances, revelations, prophecies, miracles, etc., have been allowed to be distributed and read by the faithful without the express permission of the Church, providing they contain nothing which contravenes faith and morals. This means no imprimatur is necessary when distributing information on new apparitions not yet judged by the Church."65 I think that most people who read my reports would agree that it is 'spiritual crunch time'. It is certainly time to obey Our Lords words and the advice of Holy Church and to discern prophecy that seems to be addressing our current times. If studying and discerning prophecy were not an important function, why would our Lord address it in Holy Scripture and why would the entire Church address it at Vatican Council II? "The kingdom of heaven is like to a householder, who went out early in the morning to hire laborers into his vineyard. And having agreed with the laborers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard. And going out about the third hour, he saw others standing in the marketplace idle. And he said to them: Go you also into my vineyard, and I will give you what shall be just. And they went their way. And again he went out about the sixth and the ninth hour, and did in like manner. But about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing and he saith to them: Why stand you here all the day idle? They say to him: Because no man hath hired us. He saith to them: Go ye also into my vineyard. And when evening was come, the lord of the vineyard saith to his steward: Call the laborers and pay them their hire, beginning from the last even to the first. When therefore they were come that came about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny. But when the first also came, they thought that they should receive more: And they also received every man a penny. And receiving it they murmured against the master of the house, saying: These last have worked but one hour and thou hast made them equal to us that have borne the burden of the day and the heats. But he answering said to one of them: friend, I do thee no wrong: didst thou not agree with me for a penny? Take what is thine, and go thy way: I will also give to this last even as to thee. Or, is it not lawful for me to do what I will? Is thy eye evil, because I am good? What I will, with my own, and in matters that depend on my own bounty. So shall the last be first and the first last. For many are called but few chosen."66
