Government Area of Lagos State.
2. The Assignor is desirous of relinquishing the entire plot of the said
property for a valuable consideration and Assignee being willing to furnish
the said consideration and acquire the legal title thereto.
3. THE ASSIGNOR has agreed with the ASSIGNEE to assign all right,
Title and interest, Which he has in the demised property to the
Assignee.

NOW THIS DEED OF ASSIGNMENT WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS
that in consideration of the sum Twenty Million Thousand
(N20,000,000.00) only now paid by the ASSIGNEE to the ASSIGNOR(the
receipt of which the ASSIGNOR(hereby acknowledges) the ASSIGNOR hereby
appoints the DONEE his true and lawful Attorney to act for him and for the
ASSIGNEE interest to perform the acts hereinafter specified and the
ASSIGNEE ACCEPTS THE

enjoy quiet and peaceful possession of the paid property free from all
encumbrances traceableto any actor neglect of the Assignor or if any one

The Assignor hereby covenants to indemnify The Assignee against all
loses, claims and expenses whatsoever incurred by reason of any
misrepresentation or non-disclosure of facts materials to this assignment of
defect in Title.
The Assignee shall bear the cost and expenses incidence to the
preparation and perfection of the presents
