Call for Abstracts History of Medicine fans and scholars. Each year the Medical Education - Surgery Department of the Medical Center of Central Georgia, and the Department of Surgery, Mercer University School of Medicine hosts a wonderful half-day of presentations on a wide range of topics on the rich history of medicine. Participants from the middle Georgia medical community and anyone with an interest in medical history are welcome to participate. Presentations should be 15 - 20 minutes in length accompanied with a standard PowerPoint slideshow. A brief description of the topic, the information to be presented, the name of the presenter, and contact information should be sent to Martin Dalton, M.D., Medical Education - Surgery, Medical Center of Central Georgia by fax or email (Dalton.Martin@mccg.org, or in care of Liz Jennings, Jennings.Elizabeth@mccg.org).
