● Information must be provided only in one language. Either English or Romanian.
● Kindly indicate “N/A” in the “Quantity currently in-stock” column if the item is out of stock. Please do not
leave blank.
● Kindly indicate “N/A” in the “Warranty duration” column if warranty is not provided. Please do not leave blank.
● If delivery will be free, please indicate “free” in the price columns
● Kindly find attached prequalification documents to be filled and sent with the RFQ for prequalification and
to become a INTERSOS prequalified supplier.
● INTERSOS RFQ format must be filled out completely. Incomplete quotations will not be considered and
will be disqualified.
● If needed annex files can be added describing specifications of goods provided they are referring to the number
of items ID number of the initial RFQ.
● Quantities of the RFQ do not reflect the needs of the organization.
● After receiving the offers, we will then sign a framework agreement. Framework agreement refers to a
contract where INTERSOS will send a PO at any time with the requested quantities at the agreed upon price. A
framework agreement gives the winning supplier the chance to sign a 1 year contract where INTERSOS will
procure ALL related items needed ONLY from this supplier according to the submitted prices.
● Abide by the minimum specs requested in the RFQ to avoid technical disqualification.
● Specifying delivery time is a must.
● Providing data sheets/catalog samples are mandatory for each item.
● Warranty is a must for all items offered and length of warranty must be stated.
● Please indicate availability of items, lead time, and possibility of storage/backorder.
● Submitting quotations should be sent by Email at team.logistics.moldovauser@intersos.org until 18:00
09/01/2023 Prices should be in MDL.
● Any quotation submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
● Payment terms: no full down payment will be accepted.
