valuation as on 04/05/2024 The Property is Residential House admeasuring about, 112 Sq.
Yard, Through the document indicate the measurement. It is situated at –D/304, Sarita
Residency-2,Nr.VIP School,Nikol, Ahmedabad-382350, GUJARAT INDIA.
The valuation is done on composite rate method as looking to the situation location
specification of the building material used, current market condition I ascertain the
Rate as Rs.52000/- per Sq. Yds. After Depreciation
Hence the value of the land comes to:
112 Sq. Yds. X 52000= Rs. 58,24,000=00
(Rupees Fifty Eight Lakh Twenty Four Thousand Only)
