JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

 To monitor the sterilizer Cycle Process, where I have control & monitor temperature, pressure & all
process parameter by PID Controller.

To Analyze problems during process and takes Corrective & preventive action.
To provide support & guidelines to sub-ordinates in analyzing & trouble shooting of various technical problems. Good knowledge of GDP & GMP. To perform Sterilization Validation of Product.. Responsible for control the process according to SOP . To ensure conformance to quality standards across all processes to ensure high product quality. Responsible for performing Calibration and Testing of instruments used for Measurement, Indication and Control purpose of process parameters like Temperature, Pressure, Humidity, Force, Weight, Time, Volume, Volume displacement, Conductivity and Dimension etc according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Trouble shooting of measuring devices Day to day monitoring and error adjustment of instruments. Verification of data for process parameters of production activities To develop & monitor the performance of a team while ensuring multi-skilling of team members TECHNICAL SKILLS Process Instrumentation: RTDS, Thermocouples, Level Sensor, Flow sensor Inductive / capacitive Proximity Sensors (PNP or NPN Type), Photo electric sensors, Relays, Contactors, Thermal overload relays and all types of Transducers. Pneumatic Equipments: Solenoid Valve, Actuator, Positioner, Gauges, Pressure Transmitter. Motors/ Starters/ Control Circuits: Induction Motors, Stepper Motor, Torque/ Speed characteristics, Star Delta Starters, DOL Starters, VFD, Reversing starters, interlocking circuits, panel Wiring.
