Overview
Installation
Mounting
Mount on flat surfaces using 4 x screws or use DIN rail adapters for DIN rail mounting
Powering the device
Use proper DC power supply. Device works with DC voltage from 10V to 35V. Check the
overview drawing for correct polarity.
Input / Listener connection
Use the 2 way connector on topmost right corner to connect NMEA talker.
Tx or A+ of the talker will be connected to Input A
Gnd or B- or the talker will be connected to Input B
Connection examples
PC (RS232) NMEA Buffer
Talker Output Listener(Input)
Tx Pin 3 ←→ A
GND Pin 5 ←→ B
Output / Talker connection
This device has 6 identical talker outputs. All outputs are optically isolated.
Connect A pin of desired channel to Listener device A+ or Rx
Connect B pin of same channel to Listener device B- or GND
All outputs are optically isolated and has isolated power supply circuitry yet care should be
taken before connecting and powering up.

GND Pin 5 ←→ Ch x..B
Installation Control List
● Measure power supply voltage before powering up
● Measure signal lines for valid voltage range. Check and fix cabling if necessary
● Check power indicator LED on the device. Non lit LED means power failure
● Check listener LED. Non periodic blinking should occur while transmission
● Check Talker LEDs. Blinking synced to the listener LED
● Unexpected behavior of LEDs means short or open circuits or wrong connections.
Power down, Check wiring and fix before powering up again
