Employee, R/o: H.No: 1-82, Thoorpu Bazar, Arempula Village, Khammam
Rural Mandal, Khammam District, do hereby here by solemnly affirm and
state as follows:
1. That, I am the Petitioner in the above suit for partition and separate
possession over the Suit Schedule Properties and as such I am well
acquainted with the facts of the case and depose as under and file this
affidavit as under:
2. I submit that, I have filed the above Suit for Partition against the
Respondents herein.
3. That, due to the interference of relatives and elders in respect of Item No.3
of Suit Schedule Property the matter is settled amicably outside the Court.
Hence, it is prayed that the Hon’ble court may be pleased permit me
to withdraw Item No.3 of Schedule Property from the list of Suit Schedule
Properties and to amend the Petition, in the interest of justice.
