la voz pasiva es usada cuando no sabemos quien ha realizado la accin o queremos darle mas importancia a lo que paso, mas a quien hizo la accin o simplemente cuando no queremos decir quien la hizo. la voz pasiva se forma con el verbo 'to be' (ser) y el pasado participio Estructura Sujeto + verbo auxiliar ("to be") + pasado participio

Texto The building in front of you is called the Summer Palace. It was built in 1728 and nowadays it is considered one of the finest examples of baroque arquitecture in the country.
