WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES*


1. The Empanelled Vendor shall provide warranty covering the rectification of all defects in the design of
equipment, materials and workmanship including spare parts for a period of 5 years from the date of
commissioning for projects.
2. The structure shall be designed to withstand operating environmental conditions for a period of
minimum 25 years.
3. The Cable should be so selected that it should be compatible up to the life of the solar PV panels i.e.,
25 years.
