Re: Return of Electricity Meter Account No. 29308970

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally communicate and clarify matters
regarding an electricity meter that was in our possession but was returned to your esteemed
Githunguri Office in September 2018.

To provide context, the aforementioned meter (Account No. 29308970) was not under our
direct usage. Instead, it was being used by another individual. However, due to the
configuration of the electrical connections, our residence served as the primary point of entry
for the electricity supply. As such, the said meter and the associated connections were routed
via our property, sharing the same electricity poles.

In a bid to ensure clarity and to avoid any future complications or misunderstandings, we took
the proactive step of returning the meter to your Githunguri office in September 2018, once the
other party switched to a prepaid connection. This was done to affirm that while the meter was
physically located on our premises for a period, the account associated with it was not ours,
and the consumption recorded by this meter was not attributable to us.

I kindly request that you acknowledge the return of the meter from September 2018 and
ensure that any future communications or bills related to this account are not directed to us,
as we have no association with its consumption or any charges it may incur.
