Violin Fingering

This document provides finger patterns for major scales on the violin. It lists the key signatures for sharp and flat major scales, noting which fingers are used in each position. Sharp scales require sharps on the G and D strings played with a stretched third finger. Flat scales use flattened first, second and fourth fingers, avoiding open strings for Eb and Ab notes.

Flattened 1st, 2nd and 4th fingers. Especially watch Ebs and Abs - NO open strings!
