Set up the classroom, all training equipment and materials needed

The instructor should always remind the students about the safety precautions
inside the classroom. In case of fire, the nearest student to the fire extinguisher
will use it to prevent the fire. The instructor and students should remain calm
and proceed to the NCOS parade ground.

The instructor should always remind the students about the safety precautions
