GOM Picker, END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE

USING THIS P RODUCT. This End User License Agreement for certain GOM Picker Products and Services ("L icense Agreement" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an in dividual or an entity) and GRETECH Co., Ltd. and its suppliers and licensors. Th e Software may include on-line services using wire/wireless networks and any com bination of such products and Alpha, Beta, trial, pre-release, free, pay and pre mium versions of the products. By clicking on the "Accept" button, installing, c opying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of th is License Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, CLICK ON THE "CANCEL " BUTTON AND/OR DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE. Installing this software implies that you have read this license agreement, unde rstand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. a) This software is freeware. Anyone may freely use and distribute this software , whether in a private, public or corporate capacity. You may only use the Softw are for your private, non-commercial use. You may not use the Software in any wa y to provide, or as part of, any commercial service or application. b) You agree that you shall only use the Software and Documentation in a manner that complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which you use the Software and Documentation, including, but not limited to, applicable restricti ons concerning copyright and other intellectual property rights. c) You may not use the Software in an attempt to, or in conjunction with, any de vice, software or service designed to circumvent technological measures employed to control access to, or the rights in, a content file or other work protected by the copyright laws of any jurisdiction. d) This software is protected by the copyright laws and the software protection laws. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by those laws) 2. BETA RELEASE VERSIONS. In the event that the Software is a beta release version, the terms of this Sect ion shall apply. The beta release version software you are receiving can be modi fied functions, capabilities, features, specifications, general availability or other characteristics without further notice. You agree that the beta release ve rsions are not suitable for production use and may contain errors affecting thei r proper operation. 3. ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND SERVICES The Software consists of interactive Internet applications that perform a variet y of communications over the Internet as part of their normal operation. A numb er of communications features may be used to provide various additional features and services. By installing and/or using the Software, you consent to the addit ional features and services from the software. 1) AutoUpdate

GOM Picker, using AutoUpdate, automatically communicates with Gretechs servers on the Internet to check for updates to the software, such as bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions and new versions. AutoUpdate also has the capability to run i ndependently of GOM Picker to perform background update checks. By installing an d/or using the Software, you consent to the Software s communications features. The Software may not contain some of features from the previous version and you may not use these features. 2) Video downloads The video downloader feature identifies embedded videos on websites and allows d ownloading the videos. These features of the Software are intended only for use with public domain or properly licensed content and content creation tools. You agree to play back and download only those materials for which you have the nec essary patent, copyright and other permissions, licenses, and/or clearances 3) Other services Gretech may provide the advertisements, contents, software and/or other services while users are downloading, installing, using and/or updating the Software. By downloading, installing, using and/or updating the Software, you consent to thi s service. 4. RIGHTS. Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Softwar e and Documentation shall remain in GRETECH Co., Ltd. The Software and the Servi ces are protected by the copyright laws of international copyright treaties. Ti tle, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the content a ccessed through the Software and the Services ("Content") including the content contained in the Software media demonstration files, shall be retained by the ap plicable Content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law . You are solely responsible for any issues from your inappropriate usage of the Software. This license gives you no rights to such Content. 5. Limitation of liability 1) Any material or service downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of t he software is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely resp onsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download and/or use of any such material or service. 2) The software may contain errors and/or bugs and Gretech may not warrant secur es and/or performances of the Software. The errors may not be fixed during updat es. Gretech may only warrant any of consults, advices and answers by Gretech for the errors, bugs, solutions, performances and secures. 6. TERMINATION. This License Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with a ny term hereof. No notice shall be required from GRETECH to effect such termina tion.. You may also terminate this License Agreement at any time by uninstalling the software. You may be responsible for any issues, claims or lawsuits caused from your inappropriate usages after the agreement termination. 7. IMPORTANT--MISCELLANEOUS. 1) Homepages : http://encoder.gomlab.com 2) Operating System - Above Windows XP SP 2 (XP SP2/2003/Vista/7, 32Bit and 64Bit OS) - GOM Picker does not support lower version Windows than 98/ME/2000 SP3 and/or X P SP1.

3) Redistribution - You must not redistribute the Software without Gretechs consent in any cases. - Even Gretech agrees to redistribute the Software, you will be solely responsib le for any claims or lawsuits caused by redistributing the Software for commerci als or promoting the 3rd party products. -Gretech may withdraw the consent at any time in case you redistribute the Softw are for the inappropriate purposes and you may be solely responsible for the wit hdrawal. - Gretech recommends you to redistribute the latest version of the Software from www.encoder.gomlab.com with Gretechs consent. - You must redistribute the Software provided as is and you may not redistribute the Software which you modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassem ble.
