Physical attraction is all important in the dat-
ing game. at spark of interest in a delec-
table body part keeps the ames of passion
stoked in mature and loving relationships.
Visually, there are specic areas of the female
anatomy that men tend to focus on when
evaluating a womens level of attractiveness.
What body parts do men nd most attrac-
tive in a women? Ladies, if it is true that the
whole is the sum of its parts, then I am help-
ing you today in a very profound way. is
article will arm you with the most eective
exercises to tone your best assets.
Ive interviewed close to 200 men of
various ages, and now feel well-researched
in sharing this insight into which of your
lady-bits to pay even closer attention to the
next time you hit the gym. When asked to
answer which part of a womens body they
are most attracted to, most men answer the
eyes, the lips and the face in general. (I guess
that men really arent the Neanderthals we
thought, huh?) e other parts include...

A tight backside lead the pack as one of the
most adored female body parts.
How to get your gluteus to its maximus:
e single most eective exercise for this
body part is the Dead-lift. In a standing po-
sition, grasp a set of dumbbells and let them
hang in front of the thighs. Keeping your
back at and hinging
at the waist, slowly
lean forward until
a stretch is felt in
the hamstrings, then
stand up contract-
ing your glutes as
you stand repeat 12
times for at least 3
sets. e Deep squat
(90 degrees or lower)
is another great exer-
cise to add to the mix
for the glutes.

Men love shapely, strong legs.
How to get them:
Try doing Lunges. Placing both hands
on your waist, take an exaggerated step
forward and lower your body to the point
where you have a 90-degree bend in both
legs. Return to the start position with an
exaggerated step backwards, repeat 15
times per leg take a
30-60 second break
and repeat 3 times.

How to tone the chest:
Try the Inclined
Chest Press. Lay on an
incline bench with a
dumbbell in each hand
and both arms at 90
degree angles at the el-
bows. Press the weight
upward and together
at the same time. Do
10-12 reps, rest for 30-
60 seconds, and repeat
three times. A great fol-
low up exercise is a Bent
over Row: Holding a dumbbell in each hand
hinge forward at the waist, while maintain-
ing a at back allow both weights to hang
downward, pull both weights up to chest
level and repeat 12-15 times. Rest for 30-
60 seconds. is strengthens the rhomboid
muscle group which holds your shoulder
blades backward. It will also correct your
posture and will naturally push the chest up-
ward and forward.

Alright guys, you must know that we have a
thing for strong, well-shaped bodies. Maybe
you saw us peaking at your belt line as you
reached up high to grab something on the
top shelf, or eyeing your biceps as you peeled
o your t-shirt on a hot day. e truth is,
women love a strong, healthy body because
it gives cues to our mammalian brain that we
are in the presence of a suitable mate. We also
like to see you strong because you like to see
yourself strong. Pega Ren, Ed.D., a woman
and a clinical sexologist in Vancouver, British
Columbia, states that People get t not only
to attract others sexually but also to stand tall
among our peers. Here is the ladies top-list
for favorite body male body parts, and the
techniques to help you build them.

Stimulate a girls ancestral attraction to a
broad, protective back.
Build the broadness by:
Lie on your back on a bench with the right
leg straight, the thigh at on the bench,
and your left foot at on the oor. Hold
a dumbbell in your right hand above your
thigh, palm facing inward. Keep the right
arm straight, lifting it up and back, creating
a 180-degree arc. Pause, and slowly return
to the beginning position. Switch legs and
hands after each set. Try three sets of 12.
