American Southwest US Airways The layout for both Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 is similar with passenger drop-off at the lower arrivals level and escalators leading passengers only to the upper level checkpoint and departure gate area. Elevator access for wheelchairs and strollers is located next to the escalators. Locations of the restrooms, telephones and other amenities in each terminal will vary slightly and the locations on this map are approximate.

From the I-10 Freeway: Exit the I-10 Freeway at Archibald Avenue. Travel southbound on Archibald Avenue. Turn right on Airport Drive. Drive westbound on Airport Drive for approximately 1/4 mile. For domestic ights and international departures, turn left on Terminal Way. For international arrivals, continue straight past Terminal Way. Drive past Hellman Avenue and merge to the far left lane. Turn left at the next street. Parking for international arrivals is in Lot D, directly across from the International Arrivals Terminal. From State Route 60 Freeway: Exit the 60 Freeway at Haven Avenue. Travel northbound on Haven Avenue. Turn left on Airport Drive. Drive westbound on Airport Drive for approximately two miles. After passing Archibald Avenue, the next signal light is Terminal Way. For domestic ights and international departures, turn left on Terminal Way. For international arrivals, continue straight past Terminal Way. Drive past Hellman Avenue and merge to the far left lane. Turn left at the next street. Parking for international arrivals is in Lot D, directly across from the International Arrivals Terminal.
RENTAL CARS
ONT is served by eight on-airport (Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty) rental car brands. Free airport shuttles link the terminals with the Rental Car Facility (RCF), where the on-airport rental counters are located.

Please note: International ights arrive at the International Arrivals Terminal located just west of Terminal 2 at 2250 International Way (see map on reverse side). Free parking is available in Lot D for passenger pick up only and is limited to international ight schedules.
USO
A 6,000 square-foot USO facility, located in Terminal 1, serves more than 20,000 active duty, reserve, and retired service members and their families each year. Please board the free parking shuttle marked Lot 5 to get to the USO facility. Family members can park in Lot 5.
BANKING
Each terminal has two automated teller machines (ATMs) located on the upper and lower levels of both terminals. There is also one ATM in the Rental Car Facility.

A wide variety of premium restaurants and shops await ONTs passengers, providing unparalleled airport dining and shopping options and enhancing their total travel experience.
PASSENGER SERVICES
LA/Ontario International Airport (ONT) offers a wide range of services and amenities for a rst-class experience. In addition to free shuttles to parking lots and the Rental Car Facility, pay, courtesy and TDD telephones and travel insurance kiosks, other passenger services include: AiRadio As you travel to the airport, tune to AiRadio 770 AM for airport information. The station provides information on terminal and airline locations, parking, ground transportation, services and amenities, and travel recommendations that will make traveling through ONT easier and more convenient. Pedicab Service Free Pedicab service between the airline terminals and Parking Lots 2, 3, and 4, is provided Monday through Friday. Each vehicle comfortably seats two adult passengers and has plenty of space for luggage. While Pedicab rides are provided at no charge to the traveling public, drivers are allowed to accept tips. Skycap Service Skycap service and baggage cart rentals are available in both terminals. Information Desk Travelers Aid volunteers staff the Information Desks near the entrance of each terminal to assist passengers.
INTERNET ACCESS
WiFi Internet service is available in all public passenger areas of Terminals 2 and 4 including ticketing, baggage claim, gate areas and food concessions. Another WiFi hotspot includes the Rental Car Facility. The International Arrivals Terminal is not covered. Passengers can access most of the ONT website content free of charge by simply clicking the picture of the terminal from the login page. Hourly rates, 24-hour portable DayPasses, monthly and annual subscription plans are available. T-Mobile cell phone customers can add HotSpot to their account. Passengers can use their T-Mobile HotSpot service throughout their day at any T-Mobile HotSpot location. For all questions, passengers should call T-Mobile HotSpot customer care at 1-877-822-7768.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Airport Shuttle Service Courtesy airport shuttles operate to and from the terminals, remote parking lots and the Rental Car Facility. Look for shuttles at the island curbs of the terminals. Shuttle service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bus Service Omnitrans offers regularly scheduled service near ONT. For routes and schedules, call (800) 9-OMNIBUS [(800) 966-6428] or log on to www.omnitrans.org. Hotel/Motel Courtesy Transportation Transportation to area hotels and motels can be arranged using the telephones at the Ground Transportation Boards in the baggage claim areas. Taxis and Door-To-Door Van Service Doorto-door taxicab and van service are available at the outer island curbs outside the baggage claim areas. Reservations are not required. $2.00 $4.00

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
International ights on AeroMexico depart from Terminal 2. Arriving ights, however, are processed through the International Arrivals Terminal. Guests picking up passengers at the International Arrivals Terminal should park in Lot D, where parking is free. Free baggage carts are available for use.
All lots are open 24 hours. Disabled parking spaces are near public walkways and courtesy shuttle stops. Courtesy shuttle service to the terminals departs every 10 to 12 minutes from Lot 5. Departures are less frequent from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. due to reduced airline ight activity. Electric vehicle charging stations for vans and disabled mobility devices are available in Lots 2 and 4. Use of the charging stations is free, but all parked vehicles are subject to parking rates.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
Airport police and re personnel are on 24-hour duty. Dial 1-911 from airport courtesy phones for assistance. For non-emergency related issues, dial 2701 from any airport courtesy phone or (909) 933-5611 to call Airport Police.
