VEHICLE SERVICE CHART (MINOR SERVICE)

1. Check front & rear reflectors

2. Check all lights including dome
3. Check operation of wipers, washers & adjust washer nozzles
4. Check operation of mirrors, ventilation controls & horn
5. Check operation of seat slide & seat belts
6. Check & lubricate doors & bonnet hinges
7. Check tyre pressure including spare, report on tyre condition
8. Check battery SG (ACID) levels & clean terminals
9. Pressure check cooling system & radiator cap
10.Replace air cleaner element & clean
11.Replace Aircon Filter ( Applicable models)
12.Grease, steering, suspension joints
13.Replace engine oil & replace sump plug seal.
14.Replace oil filter
15.Replace main diesel & pre filters.
16.Check & adjust valve clearances
17.Replace main diesel & pre filters
18.Replace petrol filters (Depending on Model )
19.Replace spark plugs (Depending on Model)
20.Tighten all chassis, suspension, steering & exhaust bolts.
21.Check drive belts & replace every (40000 km)
22.Replace gearbox & transfer box oils.
23.Replace front & rear axle oils & replace plug seals.
24.Replace cooling system coolant ( every 80000km)
25.Check front & rear axle oil levels
26.Adjust handbrake ( Average seven clicks)
27.Report on any engine, transmission oil leaks.
28.Renew service sticker & insert next service schedule / Reset service interval
29.Inspect pads/ shoes including discs & drums & record
30.Road test vehicle & record any observe faults.
