Procurement Manager
Responsibility:
1. Formulate and implement category strategies: Gain insight into industry trends and development
trends and identify value control points in the industry chain,
2. Supply resource layout and collaborative development: Properly allocate the material supplier
resources to meet the development requirements of the product line in the next two to three years.
Develop and implement targeted development plans and collaboration strategies. Establish and
maintain supplier relationships and manage supplier resources. Implement the management of
responsible material suppliers. (including certification, selection, performance management,
portfolio management, collaboration, development, etc.) to ensure the relative competitive
advantage of procurement;
3. Key projects: Take the lead in developing and implementing solutions and strategies, supplier
selection solutions, and negotiation solutions for key procurement projects of the responsible
material category.
4. Procurement business implementation: Implement activities related to RFQ, RFP, and RFI related
to materials, and take the lead in developing supplier selection methods and standards related to
the materials in charge.
5. Procurement process adaptation and optimization: Implement procurement processes in a
standardized manner according to procurement process control rules, optimize process adaptation,
propose process adaptation solutions and suggestions for emerging business models, and
continuously improve process efficiency.
6. Build a sound internal control environment, implement internal control management
requirements, and ensure operation security.
Skills:
Master the procurement process, methodology, and IT knowledge, and master the negotiation
methods with suppliers.
Education
Bachelor degree of procurement and Logistics Management and other related field. Masters holder
is aplus.
Experience:
1. At least 2 years procurement experience;
2. Technology Experience: 2 years FTTX delivery experience or 2 years CW delivery experience.
