BACKGROUND VERIFICATION PROCESS
Components of the Background Check for Office
Boys/Guards
o Candidate must the verified through Aadhar link/OTP system.
o Candidate Qualification and Work Experience: - Candidates background
verification process check may include educational qualifications if any and work
experience (Previous Company where he worked along with contact number).
The verification must ensure that the candidate has provided the qualifications
and work experience.
o Candidate mandatory provide the Aadhar Card Copy, Voter ID Card, PAN Card,
Passport/driver license along with birthplace address- Like Voter Card, Father ID
Card, Local Number for call Verification.
o Police Verification is Mandatory required from each candidates before joining.
Admin team ensure to get it documented.
o Candidate must provide the previous company detail along with Contact Person
name and number. Admin team will verify by calling to the person.
o Fake Identity Check- Candidates can produce a fake identity to show the
credential or to hide something from their past. In such cases, a personal
background verification process validates the documents, such as address
verification or driving license required.
o Address Verification: - The candidates should provide the Electricity Copy, Gas
connection copy along with Rent agreement, Landlord name and number if he is
tenant. If candidates own the house then he must provide the Electricity Copy
bill, Gas Connection bill, Aadhar Card belong to same address.
o Candidates Age should be between 18 to 40 Years.
o Point of Contact List: - All the contact should contain relation with candidates
with address.

o OTP Base Mobile Verification of Candidates and Father through our VMS System.
