Set in Ireland, Holly Kennedy is beautiful, smart and married to the love of her life - a passionate, funny Irishman named Gerry. Holly and Gerry married in their early 20s. When Gerry's life is taken by brain cancer, it takes the life out of Holly. The only one who can help her is the person who is no longer there. Nobody knows Holly better than Gerry, so it's a good thing he planned ahead. Before he died, Gerry wrote Holly a series of 10 letters that will guide her, not only through her grief but in rediscovering herself. The messages are Gerry's way of informing Holly life goes on. The messages include various tasks and treats Gerry has left for Holly. This is his way of letting her know he will always be there for her. Each letter sends her on a new adventure and each signs off in the same way: "P.S. I Love You". The months pass as close friends help prop Holly up. Around her, a marriage falls apart, a couple gets engaged and a friend announces her pregnancy. Holly's mother and best friends, Sharon and Denise, begin to worry that Gerry's letters are keeping Holly tied to the past, but, in fact, each letter is pushing her further into a new future.Within her tight-knit family, Holly's youngest brother makes a revealing film of her birthday party, her elder brothers change places in her allegiance and her parents take in one stray grown child after another for stays short and long. Theme : Love is so strong that it can turn the finality of death into a new beginning for life. Moral Value : The novel is written exceptionally well and teaches you to hold on and never to give up, because things will change. Comment : PS, I Love You is a very emotional book and I would 100% recommend it to anyone as this book is easy to read and understand. It takes you on a journey of life. It will really tug on your emotions and once you have read it you feel that you have been there and lived it. The book sends out a very positive message about death and that life is for living. It gives you the sense that if you lose someone close to you, you can get over it eventually however it may take time and patience as well as possible the extreme grief that Holly goes through, and the hardship it takes to simply keep living. Holly at the end becomes more confident and happier to live her life. She is thankful she knew Gerry and that she is the woman with a million happy memories who knew what it was like to experience true love. The ending is kind of open ended but it is a happy one and very positive so I was very pleased with it. In conclusion this book is well worth a read. I would rate this book 4.5 out of 5.0.

Title : Birth to Three - A Superior Environment Author : Susan Mayclin Stephenson Source : http://www.michealolaf.com/JCcontents.html Summary : When parents are getting ready for the first child, the simple, natural, and gentle environment, that encourages feelings of safety, and encourages the child to communicate with others and to move. That is the superior environment for the child from birth to three.According to Susan Mayclin Stephenson, the best time to prepare the environment is before birth. It is important for the child's sense of order, his security, to keep the environment the same for the first year. Planning and preparing the environment ahead of time makes this possible. There are six ways lead to superior environment for a child from birth to three.Firstly, about safety.A child will develop more fully, mentally, emotionally, and physically when she is free to move and explore an ever-enlarging environment. As the child begins to crawl quickly and to walk, the adults must continue to childproof the house.Secondly, the general environment. In preparing the home environment for a child, have a place to keep clothing, toys, and books that are not being used.Rotate these when you see the child tiring of what is out on the shelf, in the book display, or toy basket furniture.Next, the important thing is that it is of a size and quality to be of use to the child which allow the child to sit up straight with the feet flat on the floor.During the first three years the child will absorb coarse behavior or gentleness, good or bad language.Parents are the first models of what it means to be human.Next, the outside environment. The outside environment led the children outside to the front of the building. It was full of tiny details of life and absolutely fascinating to the children. Sometimes we forget that daily life was first carried out in the outdoors, people coming into their homes for shelter from the elements. This is still the instinct of the child. From this book, the writer obviously shares some effective methods of preparing the suitable environment before and after birth of child.

Comment : This article is very useful for those who want to learn how to prepare the suitable environment before birth, which frees parents to devote time to be with and enjoy their child after birth.

Title : Grenade Singer : Bruno Mars Theme : Love would lead a person to suffer. Summary : This songs from Bruno Mars from the second single from his debut album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans. There is a simple intro on a relationship hes having with an ice queen. He gives. She takes. He loves. She takes. He would die for her and well, she would let him. The song builds his never ending devotion to a woman who obviously doesnt give a rats ass about him. He also say she beats him till he become numb. He would catch a grenade for her. He would throw his head on a plate for her. He would even jump in front of a train for her, even though she wouldnt piss on him if he was on fire. Theres no pain quite like unrequited love. It hurts even more when you add the pain of dragging around a heavy piano to get to your woman, dodging cars in tunnels, facing down gangs and all of the loonies in between to prove your love and its still not good enough. Comments : It's not only men who can be lousy and uncaring in a romantic relationship, and Bruno Mars knows that. He's a born romantic who has had his heart stomped flat. He would literally "catch a grenade" and die for his lover, but she "won't do the same." Bruno Mars should have known she was bad news from the start, because she kissed with her eyes open. The words here cut right to the heart. Bruno Mars does some major suffering at the hands of a bad girlfriend in the video for Grenade. He summons all of the muscle power he can to drag his piano to prove his love to his woman. But even after his painful journey, love blows up in his face when he gets confirmation that it was all a waste of time. In this song , he say that he would catch a grenade for her , throw his hand on a blade for her and jump in front of a train for her. He would do anything for her He also would go through all the pain, take a bullet straight through his brain and yes, he would die for her. But she won't do the same. Its a bit dramatic. He brings the melancholy from the first note and grows from there delivering a passionate performance better than anything I would have expected from him. It is a success for him for this single. For me, it is one of the best songs I have heard in a very long time. "Grenade"also was my personal favorite which I think it will last longer. All I have to say, is that I'm madly love this song. I personally rated Grenade 4 out of 5.
