Please prepare your abstract by entering the text into the template files, which can be downloaded from the EMSA'10 web page: http://www.emsa2010.org. Do not change the format of the template file. Abstracts should be submitted via e-mail emsa2010@uludag.edu.tr as DOC. DOC files can be prepared following the instructions given in the web page of the Conference. An email will be sent to the corresponding author in a few days to confirm the DOC file reception. Note that submission is completed only after the DOC file has been checked and the Confirmation Email received. The title should start at 3 cm from the frame; it should be typed single-spaced in bold capital letters using Times size 12 point. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. Use number superscripts to distinguish authors at different institutions. The institutions addresses should start on the following line. The body of the abstract should be typed single-spaced in Times size 12 point, and must fit into the frame with a top margin of 2.5 cm, left and right margins of 3 cm, for a standard A4 paper size (total text width 15 cm, total text length 18 cm). Oversized abstracts will be rejected. References [1] should appear at the end of the text. You may include figures if they are really necessary. It is your responsibility, however, to ensure proper reproduction in the abstract booklet. The abstract will be reduced in printing to 10.0 cm (width) x 12.0 cm (length). Abstracts must be submitted prior to the deadline of February 28, 2010. Only paid up registrants are allowed to present papers at the conference.
