iJam Service Description iJam is a membership music community for mobile VAS (value added services) that caters

to individuals who loves music on mobile handset/s. There is a membership fee of P5/day with one (1) free download per day. This service is split into four (4) music genres iPop for Pop, iRock for Rock, iLove for Love songs and iPinoy for OPM.

Each member will receive a playlist of the day from which they can download one content per day for FREE plus music trivia.

iJam Beats Promo Mechanics:

1. Open to new iJam iLove, iPinoy, iPop and iRock members. This promo is only open to subscribers only.

Steps to qualify For a person to qualify, he/she must:

b. User must access this using the GPRS connection of his/her phone. c. If user is using a wifi connection, user will be prompted to connect via GPRS. d. e. Click the JOIN button. User will be directed to the welcome and thank you page.

f. User will also receive a welcome message/confirmation message from his chosen service with the content of the day, and instruction how to register via mobile. Successful registration after subscription to any one of the iJAM service is equal to one (1) entry to the iJAM BEATS Promo. Send iJoin name/address/age to 8933 to register for FREE. PROMO GUIDELINES:

1. The system will not accept multiple registrations using the same mobile number. One mobile number is equivalent to one registration only.

2. If participant will register again using the same mobile no., he/she will receive SMS notification from 8933 that he/she is already registered to iJam Beats Promo.

3. Winning mobile no. must be represent in Zed s database during the raffle draw.

4. All employees of and Zed Philippines, Inc., its agencies/partners and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are automatically disqualified from the promo.

5. All participants are presumed to have read and understood, agreed and abide by the promo s complete rules and regulations.

6. 20% of taxes for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 shall be shouldered by the winner. The winning prize must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner s right over the prize with prior DTI approval.

7. Announcement of winner: a. The winner will be notified through a registered mail, a phone call from Zed s hotline number, 02 706 5278 on January 10, 2012 and will be posted at www.facebook.com/ilovezed on the same day. b. The winning item shall be claimed at Zed Philippines, Inc. office at Unit 2401 24F Discovery Center, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The winning prize is transferrable but not convertible to cash. c. The winner must present the following to a Zed representative upon claiming the prize: Two (2) Valid IDs with complete name, SIM card with the same mobile number as the winning entry, notification SMS or letter, representative s valid identification and authorization letter from the winner (if the winning prize is claimed through a representative). Winner outside Metro Manila will be shipped to the winner s mailing address. The shipment cost will be shouldered by Zed Philippines including taxes. Zed, in conjunction with LBC Express, subject to the agreed terms and conditions of both parties, ensures the winner that the prize upon receipt is delivered in good, working condition.

d. If the winner is below 14 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by his/her legal guardian to claim the prize. Both the minor and the parent/guardian must present valid identification. The guardian must also present a proof that he/she is the legal guardian of the minor
